ብርሃን ባንክ ሐምሌ 11 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም ዓመታዊ የስራ አመራር ስብሰባውን በተሳካ ሁኔታ አካሂዷል፡፡ በስብሰባው ወቅት የባንኩን የ2024/25 በጀት አመት አፈፃፀም ግምገማ የተደረገ ሲሆን የ2025/26 በጀት ዓመት እስትራቴጂክ ዶክመንት ቀርቦ ውይይት ተደርጎበታል፡፡ እንዲሁም በበጀት አመቱ ከፍተኛ አፈፃፀም ላሳዩ ፣ ዲስትሪክት ዳይሬክሮች፤ የመምሪያ ዳይሬክተሮች፤ የክላስተር እና የቅርንጫፍ ስራ አስኪያጆች የእዉቅና ሰርተፊኬት እና የገንዘብ ሽልማት ተበርክቶላቸዋል፡፡ ስብሰባው የባንኩ ሰራተኞች በበጀት አመቱ ያበረከቱት ውጤት አመርቂ እንደነበር እና ይህን ስኬት ለማስቀጠልና የበለጠ እና ተወዳዳሪ ለመሆን መጠንከር እንደሚያስፈልግ በመግለፅ እንዲሁም ለመጣው ውጤት መላውን ሰራተኛ እና የማኔጅመንት አባላት በማመስገን ተጠናቋል፡፡
Berhan Bank held its annual management meeting on July 18, 2025, to celebrate a successful fiscal year and set the stage for continued growth.
